Marel’s new M360 high-speed linerless labeler for seafood will be launched at the show. Another highlight will be the ongoing live demonstration of the FleXicut shown with a FleXisort grading system. Marel’s groundbreaking automatic pinbone detection and removal machine with filet portioning has completely changed whitefish processing for many high-tech processors in the industry.

Flexible linerless labeling

The M360 high-speed labeler employs the latest technology in flexible linerless labeling. It offers premium presence on the retail shelf with full wraparound labels as well as C-wrap partial wraparound labels and top labels. Live demonstrations will exhibit the M360’s first-class labeling of all popular tray sizes and skin packs.


Transform loin processing with FleXicut and Flexisort

The FleXicut pinbone detection machine will be displayed with a new FleXisort grading system. The Flexisort is specifically designed to work with output products from the FleXicut using a modular drop down mechanism. It distributes portions into different product streams specified by FleXicut‘s software intelligence.
