Trimming the StreamLine way
Streamline can be used for handfilleting of most species (working tables and product buffers of different widths and sizes are available) and for trimming fillets. StreamLine can either be used stand-alone or as a part of an integrated system. It can be provided with or without weighing and yield monitoring. By adding Innova, your key performance indicators will be stored in a database and can even be used as the basis for bonus payment plans for added incentive.
Intelligent portioning with I-Cut
For accurate portioning of whitefish, we have the I-Cut 300. If you require a dual lane machine, we recommend the I-Cut 600. Our I-Cut PortionCutters all use advanced algorithms for optimizing yield and value. More than one portion type can be portioned simultaniously; the I-Cut PortionCutter will select the cutting pattern that gives optimal yield and utilisation of the primary product. Sales price of products can be set as the priority in order to maximize value. The I-CUT series also has algorithms for portioning loin centers and tails out of fillets. The shape grade can be sent from the portioning machine for graders or robots to work with.
Sorting out trim at a whole new speed – with the SpeedSort
Trim can be removed with the addition of a SpeedSort as an integral part of the processing line. The ultra-fast, rapid-response reaction conveyor opens and closes so quickly that it can remove trim from both the front and the back end of a single primary, making the SpeedSort retraction unit a highly efficient labour saving device – typically replacing 1-2 operators per processing line per shift. The SpeedSort is tailored for both single lane and dual lane applications.
Robotic tray loading and presentation
The RoboBatcher provides you with the very latest technology in automatic tray loading and presentation. It is capable of loading the portions in a predefined pattern and a specially designed gripper ensures gentle and precise transfer of portions from the infeed conveyor to the tray. Depending on your throughput need, the Robobatcher can be configured with additional robot cells. Each cell is capable of batching and loading 80-100 products per minute. A laser vision system enables the RoboBatcher to sort out diffent types of portions –to align all loin and center cut portions together, for example.
