Overview
Available with a variety of top-feed applications, the Townsend SK 15-350 can be used in heavy applications to remove skin and fat from beef and pork products.
This unique skinner can have its shoe adjusted on the fly to any of four preset clearances with just a push of a button. The SK 15-350 allows any operator to program in their own specifications to ensure the highest yields possible.
