The SK 11-350 is an open-top skinner for removing heavy skin, rind and heavy membrane from pork and beef cuts. It also works on specialty product with heavy skin, like ostrich.

It is designed to maximize operator efficiency and productivity.  It’s durable design significantly reduces downtime for maintenance and is considerably easy to clean.
