Overview

Nuova stands for proven technology and performance all over the world. The Nuova eviscerator separates the viscera pack from the carcass immediately after evisceration and rehangs the viscera pack into a viscera pack shackle. This is done in such a way that heart and lungs are positioned on top with liver and the rest of the viscera pack below it.

As a result giblet harvesting, whether manual or fully automated, can be done faster, easier, more simple and in the most hygienic circumstances. Research has shown that the Nuova giblet harvesting system gives lower bacteriological contamination both of the carcass and its giblets than conventional evisceration systems.

This makes the Nuova the most valuable and all-round eviscerator in the world.

Nuova 8

We worked with the industry to take the superior performance of our existing Nuova evisceration system and adapt it for use on today’s bigger broilers. The main difference is the change of the shackle pitch from 6" to 8".

The Nuova 8” system covers the entire eviscerating department, from rehanger through actual evisceration itself up to final inspection and cleaning of the product. Suitable for 4 kg (8.5 lb+) average live weight. The system is completely modular. We can put together the perfect evisceration system for virtually all market requirements and processing capacities.
