Innova Packing
Innova Packing is an advanced packing and labelling system with full inventory, order processing and palletizing capabilities. Innova Packing connects to all Marel packing scales and terminals, batching equipment, packing graders and label printers to provide the total packing, labelling, inventory and order system. Innova Packing has a standard set of reports showing online order and packing information including all main critical parameters to monitor. The system includes advanced order processing capabilities. Products can be packed to order selected by the operator or the system can automatically select an order based on order status and priority.
I-Cut 10 PortionCutter
Marel’s I-Cut 10 PortionCutter is a high-speed portioning machine designed to provide accurate fixed-weight portions of salmon and whitefish in an uncomplicated manner. The I-Cut 10 enables you to make substantial savings on labor because of the speed and versatility of the machine. Improvements in yield will furthermore secure a very fast payback on your investment. The design of the machine makes it very easy to clean securing a high hygienic level and the small foot print means it will fit into almost any plant layout.
GEBA SC 125 Vision slicer
The new Geba SC 125 Vision is a fully automatic slicer for cutting whole sides of fresh or smoked salmon fillets in slices or portions. It is the most versatile slicing machine at the market offering a wide range of fixed weight slicing/portioning options for various products. An increased fillet utilization of 10-20% can be achieved through more usable slices and less give away, and it has a capacity of up to 150 kg/h.
GEBA SC 250 slicer
The GEBA SC 250 slicer has been developed on the best principles from CP and GEBA D-cut slicers. The main feature is the high speed it can perform at without loss of quality on the slices. It can make 250 slices per minute which makes it the fastest slicer for fresh salmon on the market today, or approx. 30% more output than the existing slicers can deliver. Another great feature is the new user interface, which makes operation safe and simple to staff at
all levels. The user interface also offers multiple language selection.
CT 2616 Vacuum Pinboner
The CT 2616 vacuum pinbone remover is one of the most flexible pinboners on the market. It can be delivered as a double lane or a four lane machine. On top of that you can choose an extra set of heads, designed for removing most of the difficult bones in the neck part of the fish. The vacuum system removes bones and surplus water from the fillet and separates the waste from the water. The capacity is 20 fillets per minute with a double lane machine.
New AEW 9060 Weigh Price Labeller
Precision weighing and labelling at speeds up to 60 packs/min, for packs of 350mm length. Ideal for large packs. The 9000 series can operate as standalone machines or be integrated with a range of manual or automatic production lines.
