Innova release 5.6.2

The Traceability system now supports tracking the quantity of supplies assigned to a process unit. M2400, SMA standard and Pluto LogiFlex StreamLine controller support.

Traceability updates

A specific amount of packaging is assigned to the process unit and each time a pack that uses the packaging is recorded.

For example, this is useful when assigning packaging to a process. A specific amount of packaging is assigned to the process unit and each time a pack that uses the packaging is recorded, the available amount of packaging is reduced. Once all the packaging has been used it's not possible to record more packs.

It is also possible to track returned supplies. When tracking the amount for a specific supply method on a process unit, we need to allow for supplies to be returned. The system now subtracts amounts returned to inventory from the active process unit supply list.
