Project Coordinator
 
Major Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator operates under the responsibility of the Sales office-staff manager and has a functional relationship with the Manufacturing and Service departments. The Project Coordinator ensures that machines and production lines are delivered to the customer’s on time in conformity with the specifications, quality and any other conditions that have been mutually agreed. This requires frequent consultation with the customer, one’s own organization and third parties.  
 
Specific Activities
•    The Project Coordinator is the intermediary between the customer and the Sales, Service, Engineering, Planning and Manufacturing departments. 
•    Responsible for drawing up, coordinating and guarding project plans including installation budgets.
•    Guards the financial side of the process in consultation with the Sales Engineers and Export Managers 
•    Takes care of correct reports about the projects written by the specific field engineers.
•    Supervises the whole process regarding installation, commissioning, training and follow up, starting during the quotation phase, up to and including the transfer to Service. 
•    Organizes/coordinates the required spare parts or means for the realization of a project. 
•    Takes care of a correct transfer to the Service department after the realization of the project.
•    Capable of seeing a project through, including traveling and advising customers on site as part of the responsibility.

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Must be a team player
• Commercial Savvy
• Computer literate in, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.  AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with diverse groups
• Must excellent posses presentation and public speaking skills 
• Flexible to ensure that the role is completed within given deadlines
• Customer orientated

Education and Work Experience
• Higher Vocational Training (electro or mechanical engineering)
• 5-8 years of experince in a similar position focused on projects
• Working command of two foreign languages. 
• Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism
• Up-to-date engineering knowledge (reading technical drawings, advisory role towards customers)
• Financial skills to make cost estimations and re-calculations of projects
