We are having ambitious plans to further increase our market share and sales. Therefore we are looking
for a Software Sales Manager for the German speaking countries.
As Software Sales Manager within our Sales Team, you are the main driver and responsible of reaching
the agreed targets (sales and pipe-line) and significantly increasing our market share on Innova MES
software sales in the region. Through your activities you will build strong relationships with key MES
stakeholders within our customers and secure our customers are constantly kept up to date with latest
developments on Innova.
In a close cooperation with our Area Sales Managers and Account Managers you will identify
opportunities and secure we successfully drive the opportunities forwards to the point of reaching an
agreement with the customer. Initially the focus will be on extending our Innova MES footprint within a
large Innova installed base.
Besides that, you are responsible for continuously bringing the software knowledge of our regional sales
team to the highest level.
You will be responsible of reporting back on any significant changes in the competitive landscape. You
will have a strong influence of the strategic and tactical planning of product/market combinations during
the sales and marketing planning.
You will have strong product and technical support throughout the sales process, both from the regional
as well as the international Innova team and you will be part of the Regional Innova Team.
You'll be travelling approximately 60-70% of your time.
The ideal candidate has a strong commercial background on software solutions for Production
Management, SCADA, ERP or logistics software.
· Preferably you have a background from within the food sector or similar industries.
· You have a proven sales record and you are strong in building and maintaining long term
relationships with customers.
· You have strong communication skills and you are able to explain our solutions to our customers
and clearly demonstrate the added value the solution brings.
· You have a good basic understanding of software technologies, while the main focus is on
customer value in the sales process.
· You have a good understanding of the customers 'buying centers' related to software sales.
· You are able to understand, write and speak the English language fluently and preferably the
