The AMF-i breast deboning system features adaptive intelligence. AMF-i automatically detects the size of uncalibrated breast caps fed to the system. You no longer have to select manually a product size related recipe, as module settings adjust themselves automatically to the measured product size. In this way, the intelligent AMF-i system achieves adaptive filleting with highest yield with no human intervention needed.

Nobody wants to portion poultry fillets with too much giveaway. Marel’s I-Cut 122 TrimSort is the ideal solution to this. Not only you can do superfast multiple cuts on two lanes; you can also add value to the off-cuts by separating these strips, medallions or cubes from the fixed-weight main product and send them off to further downstream processing via the second inner conveyor belt.

SmartSplitter is designed for pre-slicing poultry fillets and/or butterflies before portioning, in order to obtain uniform thickness. SmartSplitter slices poultry fillets horizontally into portions of desired height. Both single and dual-lane versions are available.

The SmartLine Grader batches fresh and frozen poultry pieces of almost any size for retail, catering and further processing. It creates simple batches based on piece weight, count or minimum weight. Available in single, dual or twin lane versions, SmartLine Grader can also intelligently create fixed-weight batches with minimal giveaway.

Installing a Compact Grader means a simple, plug-and-play way to automate grading and batching of fresh and frozen products. Ideal for small processors or larger factories with seasonal overflow. When optional automatic batching bins and tables are added to the system, the Compact Grader becomes a batching solution that ensures best fit batching with minimal giveaway.

The Marel TargetBatcher is the easy way to reduce giveaway, combining a pre-determined number of fresh or frozen products into a package of exact weight. With 7 high-accuracy individual scales and 14 holding bins the Target Batcher selects the best combination of products in a fraction of a second.
