The I-Slice 135 pre-slices whole sides of smoked salmon fillets and similar products. It has a cutting angle of 8°-68°. It is the most versatile machine on the market, producing D-cut slices with fixed weight, fixed angle and thickness, or fixed length.
Each fillet is weighed and then scanned by a vision camera, ensuring exceptional accuracy. The computer then sets the cutting profile to meet product specifications. A product holder enables high-speed cutting while preserving accuracy.
Catering and retail packs
After slicing, the fillet is delivered automatically as a whole pre-cut side on a board. It is then placed onto the outlet roller conveyor. For production of retail packs, the machine can also be combined with a packing line, where the sliced product goes directly from the slicer onto the outlet conveyor, without using a board.
The I-slice 135 MA is also available as a D-cut slicer with a cutting angle range of 8°to 45°.
