SpiralOven is a hot air system, whose uniqueness lies in its 3 in 1 concept. This means that it can be used to steam, cook or grill allowing a wide variety of products to be processed in a single system. SpiralOven gives products the correct color, bite and flavor.
SpiralOven will handle an unlimited number of combinations of pass time, air temperature, air humidity and air speed. All these parameters can be set independently in the system and are monitored automatically, thereby guaranteeing complete control of the production process and its related parameters. This ensures products of a consistently uniform quality.
Large processing range
Capacity is from 500 to 3,000 kg per hour. Products to be handled are chicken, chicken fillet and bone-in portions, formed products such as burgers, nuggets and composite products like cordon bleu. Red meat products such as spare ribs, roast beef and sausages can also be handled.
