D-Cut Slicer MSC 50
The single lane slicer is the third generation of the popular Marel Silk cut slicer series. The slicer is designed for the soft slicing of whole pre-cut fillets of cold smoked salmon or other similar types of fish, such as trout, halibut and tuna.
The slicer is manually operated and skinless fillets are fed into the machine and being cut according to the settings made for slice angle and slice thickness. The cutting table has been designed with cutting belts and cutting block that ensure optimum support and fixation of the fillet during the slicing process.
For each fillet, the operator places a gold board on the roller conveyor at the outlet belt. When the fillet has been sliced, the gold board with the entire pre-cut side is removed, ready for further handling.
