Innova IMPAQT

Innova IMPAQT brings together data from sensors, systems and processes, from live bird handling to chilling. This allows processors to see trends in losses in the processes over time, leading to optimally improved production and increased output levels. 

IMPAQT operates in three areas: availability, performance and quality. When performance doesn’t meet expectations—if line speed is slower than planned, for example—IMPAQT reveals the reason. This allows operators to see when equipment is available, and when it is not. Once all processes are running optimally, IMPAQT can then check and report on product quality. 

IMPAQT offers line operators documented reasons for any loss in efficiency. With such information displayed on dashboards, production management can identify areas where these losses are occurring, and can subsequently decide on the appropriate remedial action.
