The TempuraApplicator is able to moisturize a wide range of products with low viscosity egg white, immersing agent or batter. Besides formed products such as burgers and nuggets the TempuraApplicator can handle whole muscle products such as fillets and prawns.
The major difference between the TempuraApplicator and the BatterApplicator is the viscosity of the coating to be handled. The TempuraApplicator will deal well with thicker liquids such as tempura.
Capacity depends on the speed adjustment of the running belt. Belt conveyors are available in three different widths.
- Belts transport product through batter and immerse it
- Cooling unit keeps the tempura at a constant temperature
- Machine blows excess batter from the product
