Add Value – Meet the Future!
The Value Adding Event will give meat and poultry processors the opportunity to look into the future of in-line marinating from the perspective of retail, market trends and packaging. After a series of inspiring presentations by external specialists in the morning, guests will be able to see Marel equipment in action.
Marel offers two integrated lines, which were designed to optimize the marinating process. The first proven marinating solution is combining an OptiCut, a ValueSpray and a stacker. This gives processors the opportunity to cut, marinate and stack products all in one line. Demonstrations will run with meat products.
In the second solution, the guests can follow poultry products from a ValueDrum, through a Multihead Weigher on to a traysealer. With this specific combination of equipment, processors can achieve a highly efficient in-line marinating process from tumbling to packaging by minimizing logistics. This speeds up processing time, saves manual labor and improves product quality.
Throughout the day, our experts will be available to answer questions and discuss the marinating process. Additionally, several marinade suppliers will display their range and recipes to be viewed during lunch and social gathering.

This unique training and demo facility is designed to bring experts together and will with its 2700m² of demonstration halls, meeting rooms, dining and entertaining areas form the perfect platform for the Add Value Event.
