Marel has become a global leader of slaughter systems for the red meat industry and has already realized many state-of-the-art projects in Russia. The company offers efficient, high-quality slaughter lines for pigs, cattle and sheep. The pig lines have a capacity of 10–1400 pigs per hour, the cattle lines 10–150 cattle per hour and the sheep lines 20–1000 sheep per hour. Marel’s designs are based on maximum attention to animal welfare, hygiene and ergonomics.

Maximum yield cutting and deboning

Marel develops and builds cutting and deboning solutions for cutting up carcasses. The solutions are always customer-specific and highly related to the number of carcasses to be processed.
