Includes three days of technical training, handouts, lunches, refreshments, and a group dinner on day two. Hotel and travel costs not included. Pay for two people and a third can attend the course free of charge.
 

Course description

Provide maintenance engineers with basic StreamLine system training, fault finding skills and an understanding of the technology.
 

Objectives

After the course, participants should be able to:

  • understand the basics of the StreamLine system
  • perform basic maintenance
  • perform basic troubleshooting
  • assemble the system correctly after cleaning
  • understand production flow and the most common production parameters
  • understand the main hardware and software components

Course outline

Day 1 - 09.00–16.30

  • Welcome and introduction
  • Basic system understanding (theory)
    • CAN network (RT220 terminals & PLC network)
    • understand how the taco works
    • pneumatic system
    • inputs & outputs
    • Lenze inverters (8400 & 8200)
  • MAC4 introduction
  • M3000 & M3210 terminals

Day 2 - 09.00–16.30

  • Hands-on training
    • fault finding CAN network errors (RT220 terminals & PLC network)
    • fault finding taco signal
    • adjust arms & buffers (cylinders)
    • test inputs & outputs
    • change parameters on Lenze inverter
    • replacing weighing modules
    • replacing RT220 terminals
    • restore MAC4 CAN controllers
    • restore M3000 & M3210
  • Group dinner in the evening

Day 3 - 09.00–16.30

  • System overview
  • Different system assemblies (infeed, packing, grading)
  • A short assessment
