Our fat analysis unit is manufactured to perform extremely accurate measurements of the fat percentage of both fresh and frozen meat. Measurements can be performed at between +7° and -18° C. The unit can be used with beef, pork and veal.
The Marel Fat Analyzer, which is placed just after the grinder, uses the latest non-contacting measurement technology. The system makes a continuous measurement of the meat as it comes out of the grinder, before going into the mixer, thus saving precious time on laboratory tests and ensuring correct batch values.
