Our renowned Stork Nuova evisceration solutions perfectly suit the South American market. Nuova stands for proven technology and performance all over the world. This world famous evisceration system combines an excellent and consistent drawing performance with overhanging of the viscera pack in a separate line. As a result, giblet harvesting, whether manual or fully automated, can be done faster, easier, simpler and in the most hygienic circumstances.
AMF-i strikes the right note
For years now, Stork AMF has set the standard for breast cap filleting all over the world. The new AMF-i system strikes the right note in the Latin American markets too, particularly for its ability to deliver high-quality end products with consistent high yield and low manning levels. To make life easier for poultry processors, Marel Poultry has now added even more intelligence to the process. It's no longer necessary to manually select a product size related recipe, as module settings adjust themselves automatically to the measured product size.
Multibatching for fresh and frozen products
For all main IQF and fresh poultry products Marel Poultry can offer a Multihead Weigher that is ideal for producing crucial fixed-weight jobs, such as retail bags and export bags. Multi-job software, available for all MultiHead Weighers, allows processors to run up to six different jobs simultaneously.
The latest addition to the MHW family is the MultiHead Weigher Medium. As the 20-head MHW Medium can batch larger products, i.e. fresh, sticky poultry parts, it is the perfect answer to the worldwide increasing size of broilers.
