Hands-on ATLAS during CFIA 2017
During the CFIA event, visitors will have the occasion to get a hands-on experience of the new Stork ATLAS transport module. On its own elevated, highlighted stage, the technologically advanced SmartStack module will reveal all of its ingenious characteristics, such as its clever design with up to 38% increased loading capacity and more space per bird, its frameless construction with optimum cleanability, its large opening space for loading, its Airflo floors and its loadable bottom pallet tray.
ATLAS takes care of the most humane transport of broilers from grower to processor. At all times, birds are gently moved from station to station. Besides that, its loading capacity means fewer truck movements, reducing the CO2 footprint.
Experts have already acknowledged the remarkable characteristics of the Stork ATLAS system. That's why this advanced live bird handling system has won the EuroTier 2016 Innovation Award.
Thigh Fillet System
The second big focus point for Marel Poultry during CFIA is the Stork Thigh Fillet System, the world's first inline high-capacity thigh filleting solution. Using this system, poultry processors now have the option to separate the bone carefully from the meat with utmost efficiency and consistency , in order to supply retail quality thigh fillets. Meanwhile, the knee cap is removed accurately and at no point in the process, there's a need for manual trimming.
From March 7th to 9th 2017, the Parc Expo at the Rennes airport, France, will host the 21th edition of the CFIA (crossroad of suppliers in the agrifood industry), one of Europe’s largest food industry trade shows. This year, 1,450 exhibitors and 17,500 visitors are expected. At the Marel Poultry stand, our expert product specialists will answer all your questions and explain about our processing equipment.
Please feel welcome to visit our stand C3/C4 in hall 9 and get to know all about our other innovative and profitable poultry processing solutions that add more value to your processes.
