Peter and Ernesto will certainly explain the advantages of the Stork Nuova eviscerator, a proven solution which is respected worldwide, thanks to its ability to meet local market demands, such as polyvalent processing, manual giblet harvesting or full automation with separate viscera pack shackles.

The execution of Marel Poultry’s modular ACM-NT cut-up system can also be adjusted to Colombian preferences for cutting products into specifics pieces when it comes to wings, legs and breasts.

Concerning breast cap filleting, AMF-i offers a flexible and intelligent solution which can be integrated in processing plants with any level of automation.
The same goes for Marel Poultry’s graders such as SmartLine Grader, TargetBatcher and CompactGrader.

All these processes will run even smoother when they’re controlled and monitored by Innova Food Processing Software. Software modules can be added to this platform, available for many functionalities, from single processing step up to an overall nerve system.
