Marel Poultry ‘stretches its legs’ in Copenhagen
A great start to IPPE 2015!
Once again we have proven our three brands – Marel, Stork Poultry Processing and Townsend Further Processing – are the market leaders in bringing proven solutions and the latest innovations to our customers all over the world.
Marel’s 6,000-square-foot stand is filled with many new product launches which have captured much interest from poultry, meat and further processing customers.
Some highlights from our stand
A demonstration unit of the DeboFlex pork fore-end deboning system has been one of the highlights on the stand. Popular with many meat processors, the system is drawing special interest from North and South American processors who are looking to improve the efficiency and yields in their operations.
Fresh sausage system consisting of the a stuffer, MasterLinke and ModularLoader enables producers to process fresh sausages in a very efficient, hygienic and fast manner. Customers all over have been very interested in learning the details of this system with special interest from some of the most prominent fresh sausage producers in the United States.
The global launch of two new solutions to simplify leg processing operations have proven to be quite popular. The EZYield LegProcessor brings the high yields processors expect when cutting anatomical legs from saddles in an easy to use and easy to maintain compact system. The LegPositioner can be used after the EZYield or the JLR to precisely position legs onto the belt for seamless downstream operations.
Our sales teams have a high energy for the exhibition due to the excellent attendance with have had so far from customers. We are looking to have an even better day on Day 2 of the show.
