Breast cutting-halving module NT

Product enters the LR-NT breast cutter with its breast towards the module.
It is picked up by guides, which position it correctly. Rotating blades cut off the breast, from which two blades cut out a narrow section of spine. For half breast portions, a rotating blade cuts the breast into two pieces down the center of the keel-bone. For spine-in portions a single blade cuts down the center of the spine; for spine-out two blades cut either side of the spine.
By installing an extra breast guide it is possible to cut a medium rib breast cap.
If long rib breast cutting is not required, products can pass round the module via a by-pass guide. Alternatively the module can be dropped out of line.
