Anatomic Leg Cutting Module JL
The JL anatomic leg cutting module has been developed for the ACM-NT cut-up system. It aims at harvesting the maximum quantity of meat from the product.
The module separates the rear half into two anatomic legs and a back piece (spine). The JL module is able to cope with wide variations in flock and still perform A-grade cuts in a way to deliver consistent high quality products.
The accurate cuts bring the highest total leg weight, always with an excellent product presentation.
If required, the module can easily be by-passed.
