Maintenance Concept Coordinator
About the Role: Join JBT Marel’s Poultry service team as a Maintenance Concept Coordinator, focusing on secondary processing. You'll be responsible for maintaining an optimal maintenance strategy throughout the lifecycle of our poultry product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for maintenance concept matters.
- Translate field service information on machinery wear and tear into effective maintenance strategies.
- Ensure proper implementation of maintenance methods within the service department.
- Interact with customer while validating our maintenance schedules and
- update service criteria for machines in your specialty.
- Handle administrative tasks related to maintenance documentation
Daily Tasks:
- Point of contact for maintenance related topics during the lifecycle of products within your specialty
- Validate and update service criteria to enable customers receiving the correct parts during the lifetime of the equipment
- Manage documentation for maintenance concepts, including service coding, preventive maintenance schedules, and service times.
- Join improvement projects for upgrades and secure timely release of correct service information.
- if needed, perform and coordinate field tests for parts and materials improvements.

About You: You should:
- Take ownership of your work and stand behind your decisions.
- Continuously work on improvement and knowledge building.
- Collaborate with others and remain open to new ideas.
- Have a Bachelor’s level of work and thinking (a degree is not required).
- Have relevant experience, such as Field Service Engineer
- Be willing to travel up to 20% per year (including weekends).
- Have a good command of English; Dutch is preferred.
