As a Refrigeration Design Engineer, you’ll collaborate with Sales Managers and Back Office teams to pinpoint customer needs and design top-tier solutions. You’ll help the sales team uncover and seize new opportunities while maintaining Marel’s high global standards for technical excellence.

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide expert knowledge to support the Sales and Solution team with Marel’s cooling solutions, creating documentation for better customer understanding.
• Calculate customer-specific cooling designs using Marel’s design tools.
• Research products, markets, and competitors to position our solutions better and create new opportunities.
• Identify and help launch new or improved product-market combos for poultry cooling.
• Build and maintain a network to stay updated with the latest knowledge.
• You will be a part of the refrigeration design and engineering team.

•           English language proficiency (verbal and written).

•           Communicative skills in Dutch, both verbal and written.

•           Willingness to work in the Boxmeer office 3 days/week and travel occasionally.
