WPL9000+ Automatic Weigh Price Labeler

The WPL9000+ is a high-speed, approved weigh price-labeling machine, which applies printed, self-adhesive labels with either catch-weight or fixed-weight information to packaged food products.

Flexible labeling

Labels can be applied to any surface of a product. WPL9000+ prints multiple 1D/2D barcode formats, weighing data, clock-linked dates and all relevant product information in multiple languages.

Contact applicator

The label applicator can be equipped with a contact applicator to label uneven surfaces. It then applies labels by direct light contact with the pack and releases the label after placing it precisely.

Monitor and control processing

The Innova module for Weigh Price Labelers lets you monitor and optimize your packing process in a single system. The software provides live dashboards showing data for key performance indicators such as giveaway, WPL performance, weights and throughput, giving you a clear overview of production. 

Get operational insight 

Historical data on all throughput is collected and stored in the Innova database. This ensures you have a certified system of records and can also generate all legally required documentation, so you comply with average weight legislation.

Multiple methods of operation and weight capture

The Innova WPL module can  be implemented stand-alone with your Weigh Price Labeler or connected to multi-line WPL solutions. The software lets you label trays with individual items as well as dynamic weighing and labeling of boxes. Catch, fixed or e-weighing is possible and items can be automatically boxed and palletized based on count or weight. Innova WPL allows for single product type boxing of items coming in batches (one product type per batch) and multiple product type boxing of random product items.

Totalizing option

In addition to its weighing price labeling capability, the WPL9000+ offers a totalizing option for printing total labels on boxes, pallets or for orders. It can be set to auto pause after each batch to label the box or pallet. In addition it can be fitted with a diverter for collation at higher processing speeds.

Reject and metal detection options

The system is available with a choice of reject and metal detection options. The optional weighing table is fit for packs up to 650mm long at a speed of 30 packs per minute.
