Process Technologist Controls

As a Process Technologist (Mechatronics) you are the link between the Service, Development and Sales departments. Technique and Technology are the most important aspect within the position. You will be trained as a Mechatronic specialist in and are responsible for managing a specific product portfolio (Mechatronics) within the Poultry industry. In this specialism you are the knowledge provider and the Go to-person for both our customers (worldwide) and our internal organization.
What will you be doing?
- Be responsible for the further development of 0-series machines and supervise specials in your field of expertise.
- Analyze and independently solve mechatronic problems in the field.
- Advise customers regarding process optimization and maintenance.
- Transfer knowledge about newly developed equipment to the internal organization (Field Service Engineers, Technical Support).
- Internal and external collection of mechatronic and technical information about poultry processing equipment.
- Develop a vision in the Mechatronic poultry processing domain.

Your communication skills in Dutch and English are excellent in speech and writing.
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- A completed BSc in Mechatronics or Industrial automation or comparable.
- You must have 3-5 years of experience as a service engineer or in a similar role.
- You would like to develop as a technical specialist and propagate this in your work.
- You are willing to travel +/- 50% internationally.
