What you’ll do
As part of your development journey at JBT Marel, you will:
- Learn how to sell complex, technical solutions in an international B2B environment
- Shadow and support experienced Sales Managers in real customer projects
- Help identify customer needs and translate them into valuable, long-term solutions
- Ask the right questions — and the question behind the question
- Join cross-functional teams to deliver innovative food processing solutions
- Receive mentoring and training in consultative sales, business acumen, and product knowledge
- Get the tools and support to grow into a Sales Manager role.
Who you are
We are looking for graduated professionals who:
- Have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in a technical or commercial field)
- Are curious by nature – always asking "how" and "why"
- Want to understand both technology and people
- Are ambitious, self-starting, and eager to take ownership
- Enjoy working on international projects and in multicultural environments
- Are team-oriented and want to collaborate across disciplines
- Are fluent in English (additional languages = bonus)
