Simple to set-up and easy to operate

The ProLine graders are easy to set-up and operate. They are available with full grading and batching capabilities, including intelligent batching. The ProLine graders are equipped with the user-friendly M3000 graphical interface available in several languages.

 

Hygienic and easy to clean

The main structure of the ProLine graders is non-tubular with as few horizontal surfaces as possible. It is quick and easy to put the ProLine graders in a washing position that gives access to all parts that need to be cleaned.

Software

M3000 Industrial Controller

The M3000 provides full production control for stand-alone graders, and operates seamlessly with real-time Innova production control and monitoring software. It also features flexible access control, which prevents unauthorized personnel from changing settings. When needed, the M3000 can also control infeeds and take away systems.

 

Intelligent production control

Innova provides the complete IT solution for the modern food processor to optimize profits and overall production performance. The Grading Module for Innova software allows processors to easily control and monitor all grading operations in a single system.
