Cut n' Batch

The I-Cut 36 is available with Marel Cut n' Batch software, which ensures a specific target weight for a whole batch rather than individual pieces. Individual pieces within each batch are guaranteed to be of equal thickness, which benefits the consumer, as all the pieces take the same time to cook. The pieces in each batch are always adjacent pieces with the same meat colour, marbling, and fat coverage.  

The software can even handle different batch target weights in a whole piece of raw material. In addition, the product can be divided into designated zones, which can then be cut according to the parameters described above.

Innova

The I-Cut 36 integrates with Marel Innova intelligent production software.

Innova Portioning is a module in Innova that allows for easy-to-use remote programming, control, real-time monitoring and reporting on actual performance.

Using the Innova Portioning module, it is possible to report on portion sizes and weights, product yields, throughput and product value based on actual cuts.
