MAJA ESB derinding skinners are made for the safe derinding of flat meat cuts through an infeed conveyor belt. Moreover, round cuts can be manually derinded in the open-top version, in accordance with the EU regulations. In conveyorized mode, it can also serve for automatic slicing of thin meat and fat plates.

MAJA ESB derinding skinners offer a quick and easy tool-free changeover from conveyorized operation to manual open-top derinding.
The distance between knife and transport roller determines the thickness of the cut, which can be individually adjusted by hand lever on the machine’s side panel. In automatic mode, this function also serves for slicing of thin meat or fat plates.
For timesaving and operator convenience, conveyor belts and pressure roller can easily be removed without the use of tools, which makes cleaning and maintenance fast, efficient and easy.
The START/STOP function of the manual open-top skinning process is controlled using a foot pedal.
Perfect skinning result with maximum yield
The perfect removal of the rind without residue on the product is due to the precise interaction of the transport roller, the flexible pressure unit and the adjustable knife position. This ensures that there is no expensive post-processing.
As the removed rind is free from fat and lean meat, there is a significant yield increase, which leads to more profit.
The MAJA ESB gives excellent skinning results, not only on fresh meat, but also on meat cuts with a dry and stiff surface.
