(Junior) Maintenance Concept Coordinator – Prepared Foods Service | JBT Marel
Are you ready to take your first or second step in your career and do you want to make a real impact in the food industry? Join JBT Marel’s Prepared Foods Service team as a (Junior) Maintenance Coordinator and help our customers and provide them with up-to-date maintenance programs during the lifetime of their equipment.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will support the development and improvement of maintenance strategies for our food processing equipment. You will work closely with experienced Field Service Engineers and Technical Support Specialists, learning how to translate technical feedback into useful service plans and helping ensure our machines perform at their best.
Your main tasks:
- Assist with gathering and organizing information about equipment wear and maintenance needs.
- Help update and improve maintenance instructions and schedules.
- Support the documentation of maintenance strategies, including service checklists, parts lists, and timelines.
- Create and maintain service codes and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Contribute to service improvement projects.
- If needed, Help coordinate field tests and gather feedback for improvements.
You will grow into a key point of contact for maintenance-related tasks for specific products in our portfolio, working under the guidance of senior team members.

- Is eager to learn and build a career in technical service or maintenance.
- Works accurately and takes pride in getting the details right.
- Enjoys solving problems and improving things step-by-step.
- Likes working with others and is open to new ideas.
- Has a technical educational background, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Similar.
- Speaks English (Dutch is a plus).
- Is open to occasional travel (up to 15% per year).
