Upgrades of usability
Whether monitoring live production, tracking performance data, or overseeing quality control, the upgrades in version 6.2.1 ensure a smoother, more intuitive workflow for users. Upgrades and features include:
- Supports Windows Server 2025. If you have AXIN Software version 6.0.0 or later, you can make the shift to Windows 2025 with confidence of maintaining operability
- Greater administrator control of data visibility and use. Increases in-house security and ensures your employees only have access to the data they need
- Improved data filtering across MES modules and products by using a standard set of controls
- Customizable office interface gives you the flexibility to create and save your own layouts. The split-screen feature allows users to open multiple views at the same time, enhancing productivity and eliminating the need for constant switching between tabs
- Data visualization improvements include the ability to sequence multiple dashboards, enabling the scheduling and rotation of content at set intervals to share information seamlessly across the business
- Optimal control on box strapping. Upgrades to the Box Management System give fish processors control over third party box strapping devices to determine how many straps each box should have
Upgrades for process optimization
Upgrade to version 6.2.1 available for AXIN MES Software modules and products operating under AXIN version 6.0.0 or higher. Installation is carried out by Marel service technicians to ensure seamless and continual operation of your factory. These latest refinements deliver even more value to food processors, with improved production insights and automation.
In addition to upgrades, version 6.2.1 offers our salmon customers the option of a QC Scanner module for their QC Scanner devices. Features include advanced filtering with combined conditions, easy selection and exporting of multiple records. Including images imported from the inline QC Scanner devices that can be used for supplier monitoring and general quality assurance of end products, and new dashboard components.
Backing up to the new name and structure
In case you missed it, in August 2024 we launched AXIN Software as the new name and structure of software at Marel. Aiming to provide customers with a clearer understanding of our expansive software portfolio and how each product amplifies different areas of your business and production processes.
While all your current software solutions remain, you started seeing less of the INNOVA name as new products and upgrades were released under the AXIN name. The release of version 6.2.0 is the latest stage in this shift.
