A wide variety of products

This QSR Strips and Sandwiches Portioning Line is incredibly versatile for your day-to-day operation. Just suppose a QSR customer orders a large quantity of strips. You program your production line as follows. You set the RoboOptimizer and the I-Cut 122 to portion all fillets into strips and off you go.

Thanks to the TrimSort function of the portion cutter, you can even use the offcuts for nugget or cube production. Then suddenly, a last-minute order comes in from another QSR customer who wants sandwich fillets. The line is sufficiently flexible to allow you to change the setup within minutes and create exactly the right-sized fillets. By using the offcuts as strips, sandwich fillets and strips can now be produced together, allowing the order for strips to be met at the same time.

Software

You don’t have to be afraid that machines are difficult to set. Using the system’s touchscreen, it is easy to enter instructions, which activate the software automatically, adjusting the RoboOptimizer and the I-Cut 122 to the required settings. Fully comprehensive control software automates the QSR Line, taking over the complex decisions involved.

Sustainable and labor-saving

Water usage, power consumption and making the best possible use of the raw material available make the line eminently sustainable. Reducing giveaway also helps. Better use of raw material increases profitability too. The QSR Line saves labor by taking the hard work out of the portioning loading process. The RoboOptimizer now automates this labor-intensive process. Through perfect positioning, the uniformity of end products is guaranteed, thereby avoiding customer claims for badly cut products.

Scalable

You can easily scale up a QSR Strips and Sandwiches Portioning Line by adding other components. With SmartSplitter in front of RoboOptimizer, you can ensure uniform product thickness. Adding a return belt to the system enables the production of cubes on the same line. A SpeedSort after the I-Cut 122 will sort out fillet tails. This versatile setup adds maximum value to each portioned piece of chicken meat. Each sandwich fillet, strip, cube or nugget can be cut exactly to the desired end product size and shape. By avoiding further handling, such as forcing meat into a specific shape, products retain their natural form during cooking. In this way, they keep quality high and help boost your yield for whole-muscle products.
