The system can quickly and easily swap from one by-product type to another, so it is possible to maximize the use of all the different offal. It is the ideal solution for bulk packing by-products, including hearts, liver, tails and tongues.

At the heart of the By-Product Packing System is the Marel SpeedBatcher which outperforms most conventional hopper batching systems in terms of both speed and accuracy. It creates extremely accurate batches at very high speed, allowing processors to keep giveaway to an absolute minimum. Portions are automatically dropped into boxes or crates, or with an easy adjustment, a styling belt can be used for manual packing.
