In one continuous movement, the FlexLinker produces strings of sausages of a consistent length and weight. This continuous linking results in less loss of raw material and as every sausage is always precisely the same length and weight, minimal giveaway is ensured.
The FlexLinker is the successor to the NL FlexLinker and uses the same proven technology as the Frank-A-Matic. It represents a new level of innovation and improved performance. From simple adjustments during operation to easier sanitation and maintenance, the FlexLinker sets a new benchmark for flexible sausage production.
The FlexLinker gives you complete production flexibility. It can process sausages with natural, collagen, cellulose or polyamide casings and changing to another casing type, caliber and/or sausage length is rapid and simple.
