Skinning head first
The MS1355 allows fillets to be skinned head first, so there is no need to turn the fillets and less risk of gaping. The skinner performs silver skinning, deep skinning and traditional skinning.
The skinner precisely removes skin from each fillet, with a top feed roller providing accurate pressure on the fillets. This results in high-quality skinned fillets at high throughput rates.
