Marel Poultry's firsts at the first ExpoMeat 

From May 9th to 11th 2017, the first edition of the Brazilian ExpoMeat exhibition will take place in the Anhembi Pavilion in São Paulo. It is a new, most promising event and Marel Poultry will join in right from the start, with main focus on the Stork AMF-i intelligent breast cap filleting system and the inline Thigh Fillet System.

A first for Brazil will be the Stork AMF-i. For years now, Marel Poultry has set the standard for breast cap filleting with its AMF system. To make life easier for poultry processors, Marel Poultry now adds even more intelligence to the process. Processors no longer have to manually select a product size related recipe, as module settings adjust themselves automatically to the measured product size. This intelligence results in optimum yield and quality of the end product.

Stork Thigh Filleting System

The second big focus point for Marel Poultry during ExpoMeat is the Stork Thigh Fillet System, the world's first inline high-capacity thigh filleting solution. Using this system, poultry processors now have the option to separate the bone carefully from the meat with utmost efficiency and consistency, in order to supply retail quality thigh fillets. Meanwhile, the knee cap is removed accurately and at no point in the process, there's a need for manual trimming.

Maximizing product utilization in cut-up

Last but not least, Marel Poultry will highlight the Stork ACM-NT modular cut-up system. Secured in the renowned ACM-NT turnable product carriers, the products pass wing, breast and leg processing modules, which can flexibly be added or bypassed. ACM-NT can produce a wide variety of anatomically cut products according to your production wishes. Special features like combined rate limiting and floating point control bring you even more added value.
