Taking cheese cutting to new dimensions

Jakob explains, "Since its installation at the start of 2023, we've had great success processing diced and strip cuts for products such as Emmental and Mozzarella. The process begins with the delivery of raw materials in wrapped blocks, which are opened by employees and then placed on the infeed belt of CASAN. The blocks fall into the hopper are cut into cubes or sticks and go through the subsequent process before finally being packaged."
Emphasizing the reliability of the TREIF CASAN, Jakob says, "We've had zero issues with the machine so far. It runs reliably and has already had its first service, which took place to our complete satisfaction."
