Intelligence in the evisceration department
You’re probably familiar with the Nuova-i, our intelligent eviscerator. Now get ready for a similar breakthrough in the pre-evisceration process, this time enhanced with artificial intelligence. New mechanical designs and deep-learning AI vision technology go hand in hand to reach unparalleled levels of performance, yield and hygiene.
High-yield intelligent cut-up
We present two flexible, high-yield solutions in the cut-up line for wing and leg processing. Intelligent sensors and recipe control take product variations into account to maintain a consistently high performance. The Q-Wing configuration—designed to value every wing piece in Marel’s ACM-NT cut-up line —will also be highlighted in the immersive rooms.
Mastering breast meat deboning
Are you ready for our new industry benchmark in breast deboning? This intelligent and adaptive solution handles a wide variety of incoming products within a compact enclosure. Besides that, the immersive rooms will showcase another Marel innovation: fully automatic overhead breast deboning and harvesting, designed to maximize efficiency and yield while reducing labor dependency.
Live QSR portioning demos
Each day of the exhibition, Marel will conduct several live cutting demos to show how the I-Cut 122 Trimsort makes for a labor-saving and high-yield QSR production. Witness this portion cutter in action, demonstrated live by our specialist Morten Dalqvist, using real meat to showcase precise cutting of chicken sandwiches, strips and cubes for QSR and various other applications. Following this, Ronald Melskens, our further processing expert, will present a QSR coating session.
Ducks, meat, water and chefs
As the leading waterfowl processing professional, Marel PMJ knows exactly how to process ducks industrially. Our specialist Jos Spaan is available to talk you through all our dedicated systems and solutions, from live bird handling to packing.
