One Location for Marel Pacific Northwest
We are excited to create a single and united location for all operations in the Pacific Northwest. Offices at the Pier 91 location will relocate to a new Corporate Campus in East Bellevue, Washington, resulting in a single sub-regional location for sales, service and our Innova software development team.
Service and Parts
After listening to feedback from our customers, we realized we need to be a better partner and provide a more focused approach service their needs. We have started addressing those needs by creating four sub-regions. These sub-regions allow us to provide faster response times 24-hours a day, ensuring when a customer calls or emails, they will interact with one of our team member who will provide the quickest and best method for addressing their need. In addition, to improve the supply chain of replacement and spare parts, we will be centralizing all inventories into our Gainesville Georgia location by the end of the first quarter of 2021.
