Marel provides technology to the largest pork processing plant in Latin America

New standard for the Brazilian market
For Marel's Sales Operations Director Guus Heijnen, the new processing plant represents the establishment of a new standard for the Brazilian market and demonstrates Marel's capability as a full-line supplier. "It is Marel's largest project in Latin America, with the latest technological innovations."
The Managing Director of Marel in Latin America, Clausius Nobrega, emphasizes that the Assis Chateaubriand Project represents the effort and integration of the teams, Latin America and global, to bring Marel's best available solutions for intelligent processing and swine automation to Frimesa, combined with the advanced data and process management solutions made possible by Innova.
The Meat LATAM Sales Director, Fernando Roos, recalls the challenges the team overcame to close the negotiations for the full line order during the Covid-19 pandemic and proudly informs that this is a reference project for Marel, worldwide, for bringing together virtually all the current technologies available for the primary and secondary processing.
