This includes the Meat ShowHow 2020, which we were planning to host in Progress Point, Copenhagen, Denmark on 11 March but has now been rescheduled for 23 September 2020. Our Software KnowHow, scheduled for 1-2 April 2020, will now be held virtually so that we can inspire food processors with innovative techniques and provide them insights into the future of smarter processing without attendees’ having to travel.
We will continue to monitor the developments and on a rolling weekly basis decide on our participation in exhibitions following May 1.
Although we are incredibly disappointed to miss the opportunity to meet our customers in person and showcase our latest innovations for the meat, poultry and fish industries, we feel obliged to take a responsible stand in order to limit the spread of Covid-19 and put the safety of our people, our customers and other parties first.
Our decision does however not mean that we will miss the opportunity to engage with our customers and visitor, and discuss how we can support them as they shape the future of food processing. We will proactively connect to our customers to understand which technologies and solutions they were aiming to see at exhibitions in order to provide them with information and online webinars instead.
In times like these, the need for safe, affordable and quality food produced sustainably has never been as high and we will continue to work in partnership with our customers worldwide on transforming the way food is processed. Our dedicated team of passionate professionals will continue to deliver on our commitments to all our customers around the world.
