Furthermore, the offering will strengthen Marel’s capital structure and provide our experienced management team with the platform and global currency for acquisitions to continue our ambitious growth strategy.
Open investor meeting at Marel HQ
In line with Marel’s announcement to proceed with a public offering and listing on Euronext Amsterdam, there will be an open investor meeting at Marel HQ. Held on Monday 27 May at 3 pm, the meeting is open to the general public in Iceland and will be conducted in Icelandic.
