Profitable processing options for edible giblets
The Nuova eviscerator re-hangs the drawn viscera pack automatically to a separate viscera pack line for manual, semi or fully automated giblet processing. The pack is suspended from a shackle with the intestines hanging downwards and away from the giblets. This prevents contamination and ensures an optimum product quality.
The valuable giblets, such as livers, hearts and gizzards, are separated from the non-edible parts manually, semi-automatically or completely automatically. After that, giblets are ready to be processed. For this several solutions are available.
We also offer equipment for the chilling and end of line solutions, like weigh price labelers.
