The intelligent hardware and software, built around the inspection devices, subsequently choose what to do with the affected piece of poultry meat. Does it need rework, can it fit in another process, should it be downgraded or discarded altogether? Every decision taken by the system will be in correspondence with the strictest food safety regulations, avoiding any risk of contamination of the breast meat.
