The CarcassCutter performs the primary cutting of pork leg, shoulder, belly rack and half-shoulder of split carcasses in a standardized and efficient way, making use of state-of-the-art technologies to make the process as automated as possible, reducing labor costs and human errors.
The cutting system features articulating protections to restrict access and has shock absorbers to facilitate the cleaning process and improve operators' ergonomics. In addition, the CarcassCutter belts are fitted with Belt-Lifts and CIP (Cleaning in Place) system for higher quality cleaning. To reach the maximum capacity of up to 600 pigs per hour, the system has high performance carcass cutting discs, which do not need sharpening and do not generate cutting residues.
