Belt transporters

Belt transporters are used for temporary storage of stacked units on conveyors. The design of the stainless steel construction integrates individual conveyors into fields.

The small diameters of the pulleys ensure the smooth transition to and from connecting systems. The drive has a large enclosed diameter and is suitable for reversible power by default.

The belts can easily be exchanged without removing frame parts.

Stack movers

Marel Food Logistic Systems has developed a Stack mover that quickly and safely transports a large stack of units to different destinations within the process. The load distribution system of the Stack mover consists of a conveyor with a frequency-controlled drive. Depending on the stack height, the load distribution system is equipped with a side guide to ensure stack stability during acceleration and deceleration.
